Parking in Ashland can be tough to find, especially in the summer months when the Oregon Shakespeare Festival is at its peak. If you are looking for a place to park for more than an hour or two you only have a few options. The Wells Fargo parking lot (located across the street from Standing Stone Brewery) offers free parking after the bank has closed. If you park there before the bank has closed you should expect a ticket. Another option is the newer huge parking lot located next to the downtown Post Office. There are normally lots of spaces open here and it’s only a two block walk to the Festival.
Most parking on the streets is limited to 2 hours until 5:30 p.m. However, your chances of snagging one of these spaces is pretty slim. Indigo Creek Outfitters, the company that offers Ashland, Oregon, rafting trips, has a parking lot on the backside of their building that is welcome to the public. This is about two blocks down Oak Street from the plaza area.
