Although Ashland, Oregon, rarely gets snow in town, winter days can still be chilly. And what better thing to do in cold weather than skate the day away?
The ice rink opens in November and normally closes down sometime in February. It is managed by the Ashland Parks and Recreation Department.
The Ashland Rotary Centennial Ice Rink, as it’s called, is located next to Lithia Park. Rates to skate are relatively inexpensive, but sometimes the entire rink can be rented to large groups.
