The Ashland Chamber of Commerce was first established in 1889. Originally known as the Ashland Board of Trade, the first major project taken on was protecting the City of Ashland’s watershed from timber sales. The establishment of the Ashland Forest Reserve protected Ashland Creek and eventually led to the development of Ashland Canyon Park, which is now known as Lithia Park.
All visitors are encouraged to stop by the Chamber’s main street office.
