There are many important things we should all know, but none more than the fact that the new cocktail menu is READY! *thunderous, resounding applause* Thank you, thank you. Seriously, I printed them up and we put it into circulation yesterday. We have 32 cocktails on the list at any given time, and we have changed a third of the list out this time around, swapping fall flavors for more summer oriented libations. We changed something in virtually every liquor category, so there’s sure to be something that pushes everyone’s metaphorical button.
Some examples are:
Mad Hatter: Made with Rye Whiskey, muddled raspberry, agave and rhubarb bitter
Clocktower: Made with Earl Grey infused Gin, lemon and Barenjager honey liqueur
Straw Hat: Vodka, raspberry, peach bitter, and fresh thyme
That’s just three of the ten! And as always, all cocktails contain our secret ingredient, which is LIQUID AWESOME (so much for the secret).
The first GARDEN PARTY will be June 29th, which is a Saturday. I’m thinking it will start at 3:00pm and run till 5:00 (these times are not official and I have not run them past Eóin yet, so don’t quote me at this time, but if he disagrees I’ll fight him, so this is probably the case) and it will feature COCKTAIL FLIGHTS! Yes, to give everybody an opportunity to taste our favorites we’re going to be doing many little tastes of a selection of the list. It’ll be GREAT! We’ll choose the particular elixirs we’ll be offering in the flights a bit closer to the date (some of them rely on specific produce orders).
