Ashland’s newest restaurant, “Tot”, will open to the public today. Located in the former space of “Chun’s Palace” and the old Cantwell’s Market building, Tot will serve Southeast Asian BBQ.
The word “Tot” is a play on a Vietnamese word meaning “good”. Owners Andrew Will and Sean Simpson spent over a month remodeling and decorating their restaurant space and are eager to open the doors to locals and Ashland visitors. The restaurant opens officially for the first time today, June 4th, at 11:30 a.m. Regular hours will be Monday through Sunday, 11:30 – 8:00.
